How long should a quiz be?
A common planning rule is about 30–45 seconds per multiple-choice or true/false item, one to two minutes per short-answer question, and longer for anything that needs working out. A ten-question multiple-choice check therefore fits comfortably in five to eight minutes. Give extra time to students with accommodations; a digital quiz in the QuizCraft quiz maker can have its own time limit that runs separately for each student and submits automatically.
